Greetings! My name is Crystal Andrea Felima, PhD, and I am a cultural anthropologist with interests in disaster risk, flooding, and structural inequalities, particularly in Haiti. I’m currently a 2017-2019 CLIR Postdoctoral Fellow in Caribbean Studies Data Curation for the George A. Smathers Libraries at the University of Florida. This spring, I’m teaching my dream course, Haitian Culture & Society! I structured the class as a digital humanities course. You can find additional information about the course in the Digital Pedagogy section.
